How were you introduced to skateboarding and what got you started?

In my class, all the cool guys were skaters. Someday the one everyone fancied let us girls try his board. I don’t know how, but I managed to do a tiny ollie more or less first try, so he asked me to go skate with him. Well, time passed by, our “relationship“ ended, like always when you are 10 years old, after a week or so, but my passion for skateboarding has stayed the same ever since then!

Do you remember what your first setup was?

Must have been a Toy Machine board with some fancy green trucks.

Were there any early influences on your skating?

I come from a little town outside of Vienna, and none of my friends were any good, so I watched skate videos over and over. I think I still know Flip “Sorry” and Emerica “This is Skateboarding” by heart. We waited months to be able to see the Gallaz “AKA: Girl Skater” video, that also inspired my a lot!

What is the best and worst thing about your hometown?

It's very nice and peaceful, but there is a lot of rough ground and also cold winters.

Besides skateboarding, what do you like to do in your spare time?

I like to travel around and do some other sports as well, but most of the time I'm just skating.

What is your typical day like?

I get up, study a little or do some computer stuff, then I go to work (I work at an indoor skatepark), give skateboarding lessons, hang around, skate a little and then go home and enjoy the evening.

Do you prefer to skate with guys or girls?

Since there are hardly any girls around, definitely guys.

Where do you like to skate?

Even though for some people this is not what skateboaring is about, I love to skate skateparks. In Vienna there are not that many street spots and I don't want to get kicked out every 10 minutes, so that's why.

Who do you like to skate with?

Everyone who is motivated and really down for it. I don't really care about skills, just care for the passion!

What kind of music do you listen to?

Mostly hip hop, but also rock, metal, r'n'b and some pop.

What is something most people don't know about you?

People will have to find it out for themselves.

So far, what have been some of the highlights of your skateboarding?

Last year I got second at Barcelona Extreme, this year I also got second at a big girls contest in Berlin and I've also won my first competition ever in Bratislava.

What do you have planned for this year?

I'm going on a little trip through Europe, film a little and maybe enter some other competitions.
